  在一定(ding)程(cheng)度上(shang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)決(jue)定(ding)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組的(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)進而(er)影響整個動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)系統的(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。因此在進行動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)系統設計(ji)(ji),一定(ding)要(yao)根據整車的(de)設計(ji)(ji)要(yao)求去選擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)材料(liao)及形狀。也就是說,匯(hui)(hui)流排也是電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)一種進線的(de)連(lian)接(jie)方(fang)式,主要(yao)是增加了接(jie)觸(chu)面積,減少了耗能(neng),降低了溫升。通用(yong)(yong)性(xing)(xing)好,實用(yong)(yong)性(xing)(xing)強(qiang),具有安(an)全(quan)可靠,省(sheng)時(shi)簡便(bian),導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好,接(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻低。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)模組常用(yong)(yong)的(de)匯(hui)(hui)流排有:鎳片、銅鋁(lv)復合匯(hui)(hui)流排、銅匯(hui)(hui)流排、總正總負(fu)匯(hui)(hui)流排、鋁(lv)匯(hui)(hui)流排,也會用(yong)(yong)到銅軟連(lian)接(jie)、鋁(lv)軟連(lian)接(jie)、銅箔(bo)軟連(lian)接(jie)等(deng)。
